4. Jewellery Categories & Product Details

Bespoke Creations

All bespoke items are crafted individually and designed to order.
Once a design has been confirmed or the making process has begun, bespoke commissions cannot be cancelled or refunded.

All design files, drawings, CAD models, and creative concepts remain the intellectual property of Jeweluxe London Ltd.

Ready-to-Wear Pieces

Our ready-made jewellery is available while stocks last. These items may be returned in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible; however, minor variations in colour, finish, or size may occur due to the artisanal nature of our work and differences in device displays.

5. Prices & Payments

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Pricing and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to amend inaccuracies related to pricing or descriptions and may cancel orders placed with incorrect information.

Ready-to-wear items must be paid for in full at checkout.
Bespoke orders require a deposit before any design work begins.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Estimated delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout. These may vary depending on the delivery address and order type.

For international orders, all customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We recommend reviewing it carefully before making a purchase.

8. Bespoke Order Terms

When commissioning a bespoke piece, you acknowledge that:

  • A deposit must be paid prior to the start of design work.

  • Once production begins, the order becomes final and non-refundable.

  • Minor adjustments can occasionally be made at our discretion; significant amendments may incur additional charges.

  • Completed designs may be featured in our marketing or portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Ownership of Content

All images, designs, trademarks, layout, text, and creative assets shown on the Site belong to Jeweluxe London Ltd. and are protected under UK and international copyright laws.

Reproduction or use of any content without permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Data & Privacy
