Terms of service
Last Updated: July 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Jeweluxe London Ltd website (“the Site”) and all purchases, commissions, or services provided through it (“the Services”). By browsing the Site or purchasing from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions in full, please refrain from using the Site or purchasing our Services.
1. About Jeweluxe London Ltd
The Site is owned and operated by Jeweluxe London Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). We make this website, along with all tools, information, and services, available to users on the condition that they comply with and accept all terms, conditions, and policies stated herein. By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you become a user of our Services and are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility & Site Use
To purchase from our Site or commission our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use our Site, products, or Services for any illegal or unauthorised purposes, nor to violate any applicable laws within the United Kingdom. Any breach or violation of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to our Services.
3. Conditions of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any legitimate business reason at any time. You acknowledge that your content (excluding payment details) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Payment information is always encrypted and securely processed by our approved third-party payment gateways. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Services or Site content without express written permission from Jeweluxe London Ltd.
4. Jewellery Categories & Product Details
Bespoke & Custom Creations: All bespoke items are crafted individually and designed to order based on agreed client consultations. Once a design has been formally confirmed and the production process has begun, bespoke commissions cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged due to a change of mind. All design files, physical drawings, CAD models, and creative concepts remain the exclusive intellectual property of Jeweluxe London Ltd.
The Specifications Exception: A return or modification for a bespoke item will only be permitted if the final delivered piece fails to match the exact specifications officially approved by the client (specifically regarding diamond carat weight, colour, size, or documented design details) within 14 days of receipt.
Ready-to-Wear Pieces: Our ready-made jewellery collections are available subject to stock levels. These items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy. While we strive to display the colours, dimensions, and finishes of our products as accurately as possible, minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted, artisanal nature of our work and discrepancies in digital displays.
5. Prices & Payments
All prices on the Site are displayed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Pricing and availability of our collections are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing or product descriptions, and to cancel any orders placed under incorrect information.
Ready-to-wear items must be paid for in full at the time of checkout.
Bespoke orders require a formal deposit payment before any initial design or CAD work commences.
6. Domestic Shipping & Delivery
We operate and deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout or discussed during your consultation. While we use premier fully insured services (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery) to ensure your parcel arrives safely, delivery windows are estimates and Jeweluxe London Ltd shall not be held liable for delayed deliveries caused by third-party courier operations. All shipments strictly require a signature upon delivery.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Our complete and legally binding policies regarding product returns, consumer cancellation rights, refunds, and exceptions are detailed in our dedicated Refund & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Bespoke Commission Terms
When commissioning a bespoke piece of jewellery from Jeweluxe London Ltd, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
•A non-refundable deposit must be cleared prior to the commencement of creative and technical design work.
•Once physical production begins, the order becomes final, binding, and non-refundable (subject only to the Specifications Exception outlined in Section 4).
•Minor structural adjustments may occasionally be accommodated at our absolute discretion; however, significant design alterations requested post-approval will incur additional labor and material fees.
•Completed designs, imagery, and video renders of the final piece may be featured across our marketing materials, digital media, or portfolio, unless you formally opt out in writing prior to completion.
9. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All content displayed on the Site—including but not limited to imagery, jewellery designs, brand trademarks, logos, layouts, text, and creative assets—belongs exclusively to Jeweluxe London Ltd and is strictly protected under United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our creative assets is strictly prohibited.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Your submission of personal data through our online store is governed strictly by our Privacy Policy, which is compliant with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
11. Limitation of Liability
Jeweluxe London Ltd does not guarantee that your use of our Site or digital Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or completely error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Jeweluxe London Ltd, its directors, employees, or suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, or from any products purchased through our Services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jeweluxe London Ltd and our affiliates from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) incurred due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any applicable UK laws or third-party rights.
13. Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined by a competent court to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
14. Termination
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use our Site. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site or Services immediately if we suspect, in our sole discretion, that you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, along with all retail contracts, bespoke commissions, and commercial disputes arising from your interaction with Jeweluxe London Ltd, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at our sole discretion. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon being published on the Site. It remains your responsibility to check our Site periodically for updates. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
