To maintain brilliance, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water (especially chlorinated or salt water). We recommend cleaning your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth and storing it in the original box or a soft pouch to prevent oxidation.

Ready to ship jewellery is dispatched within 3–5 business days. Made to order jewellery is dispatched within 2–3 weeks. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and piercing jewelry are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. You have 14 days to return unused items in their original packaging.
