We are proud to offer a selection of reliable domestic and international shipping options designed to meet the needs of our clients around the world.

UK ORDERS

For all customers based in the United Kingdom, we dispatch bespoke creations as well as our ready-made pieces using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This fully insured, trackable service is known for its efficiency and reliability. Once your order is shipped, it typically arrives the next working day, ensuring a swift and secure delivery.
We take every precaution when packaging your jewellery, using protective materials that safeguard delicate details and preserve the craftsmanship of each piece during transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Jeweluxe London Ltd proudly offers international delivery to Europe, the United States, Canada, and many other regions worldwide. International parcels are shipped via DHL Express, a trusted global courier that provides rapid transit times and comprehensive tracking.

This allows you to monitor the progress of your parcel at all times, giving you peace of mind from the moment your item leaves our studio until it safely arrives at your door.
Please note that delivery times can vary depending on the destination country, seasonal demand, and local customs processing times.

LONDON ORDERS

For clients located in London, we understand the importance of flexibility and speed. That is why we offer the option of a same-day courier delivery, which can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.


If you prefer a more personal experience, you are also welcome to collect your jewellery directly from our studio. Collection appointments can be arranged at a convenient time, allowing you to receive your piece in person and ensuring the highest level of service and confidentiality.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For international shipments, it is important to be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, administrative charges, or processing fees once it reaches the destination country. These fees are set and controlled by your local customs authority, and therefore the responsibility for covering these charges lies with the recipient.
Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate the amount, as these costs vary between countries and are influenced by local regulations.


Additionally, any delays caused by customs inspections are outside of the control of Jeweluxe London Ltd, although we do our best to assist with any concerns that may arise.

Please remember: All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Kindly ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your parcel, as this helps maintain the security and integrity of your order.

 


 

RETURNS

For our ready-made pieces (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons), we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your parcel is delivered. To qualify for a refund, items must be in perfect, unworn condition, free from damage, and returned with all original packaging, including jewellery boxes, pouches, certificates, or any protective materials.

Each handcrafted, bespoke piece from Jeweluxe London Ltd is made to order with great care and precision, tailored to the client’s specifications. For this reason, all bespoke items are non-refundable.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We cannot refund customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international returns.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured return shipping method to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
