At Jeweluxe London Ltd, we offer distinct purchase options tailored to our ready-made collections and our bespoke, custom-designed jewellery. By placing an order or submitting a deposit with us, you agree to the specific cancellation terms outlined below.

1. Purchase Options

Ready-to-Wear Collections

Payment Terms: All ready-made, in-stock jewellery pieces must be paid for in full at the time of online checkout.

Availability: Orders are processed subject to stock availability. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund.

Bespoke & Custom Creations

Deposit Requirement: To commission a bespoke or custom-designed piece, a non-refundable deposit is required before any design consultations, physical sketches, or digital CAD modeling can commence.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance of the total agreed price must be cleared in full prior to the final physical creation, setting, and delivery/collection of your jewellery.

2. Cancellation Policy

Annulling Ready-to-Wear Orders

Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel an order for a ready-made piece, you must contact our customer service team immediately. If your order has not yet been processed and handed over to Royal Mail, we will cancel the transaction and issue a full refund.

After Dispatch: If the item has already been dispatched from our studio, the order cannot be cancelled in transit. Instead, you must receive the delivery and follow our standard 14-day Refund & Returns Policy to return the unworn item for a refund.

Cancelling Bespoke & Custom Commissions

Due to the highly individualized and artisanal nature of custom jewellery creation, bespoke orders are subject to strict legal guidelines under UK consumer regulations regarding custom-made goods:

Design Phase Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a bespoke commission after work has begun but before physical production has started, Jeweluxe London Ltd reserves the right to retain your initial deposit to cover the technical CAD drafting, raw material sourcing, and design hours log.

Production Phase Cancellation: Once physical production, gold casting, or gemstone setting has commenced based on your approved design, the order becomes completely binding and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.

The Specifications Exception: As detailed in our Terms & Conditions, a cancellation or return after delivery will only be evaluated if the completed ring or jewellery piece fails to match the precise and officially documented technical specifications approved by the client (specifically regarding diamond carat weight, colour, size, or explicit design details) within 14 days of receipt.
